This role is a full-time position that reports directly to the head chiropractor while also working closely with other key members of the team including chiropractors and staff.

Duties and Responsibilities


  • You are covered through a professional indemnity insurance provider
  • You can examine and diagnose all biomechanical conditions
  • You will provide educational material to our patients via our website and social media through blogs and videos
  • You must be able to work in a team environment
  • You need to efficiently grow a patient base
  • You will be taught and expected to effectively communicate your message and recommendations to your patients
  • You will be taught to proficiently track all key performance indicators (Kpi’s)
  • You will be available for weekly one on one coaching and mentoring as well as weekly team meetings

We are a posture-based chiropractic clinic in Sydney CBD who are focused on getting the best possible outcomes for our patients so they can achieve whatever goals they set for themselves.

Our signature service is focused on getting our patients out of pain and keeping them that way through specific postural therapy chiropractic techniques.

The Team

We’re a group of like-minded practitioners who work hard but also like to enjoy ourselves. We bounce ideas off each other, work on difficult cases together and motivate one another to grow individually and as a team.

The Development

You’ll have all the tools you need to grow as a clinician and a team member, and we’ll be there to help you every step of the way. Our 4 week training program is just the start to get you ready and fully confident with your role. Weekly one on one coaching and training as well as weekly team meetings will allow you to stay motivated, confident and ready to deal with anything that’s thrown at you!
